JOB TITLE: District Clerk
LOCATION: District Office
BASIS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve (12) month, part time position; in person and remote; days and evenings.
ANTICIPATED START: Anticipated on or about July 1, 2025
RATE OF PAY: Annual stipend ranging from $9,500 to $10,000, in addition to the 2025-26 CSEA Typist hourly rate ($21.62 - $23.08) for additional work, typically around 20 hours per month. Final compensation will be determined based on prior relevant experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate for the District Clerk position will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Experience in office management and administrative duties is essential, as well as a solid understanding of Roberts Rules of Order to effectively manage and support public school district meetings. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate records, safeguard confidential information, coordinate communications, and coordinate the smooth operation of various administrative tasks, including the annual budget vote.
A commitment to the success of the school district and its community is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with staff, board members, and the public.
Active Notary Public credentials are desirable
