JOB TITLE:                                   Custodial Worker (Anticipated)

BASIS OF EMPLOYMENT:         Full Time, Twelve (12) month, probationary position

RATE OF PAY:                             Per CSEA Agreement, Grade 10

QUALIFICATIONS:                     Must have a working knowledge of routine cleaning operations, materials, grounds and maintenance equipment; able to understand and follow simple verbal and written directions.  Must be thorough, punctual and able to get along well with others; also needs to be physically fit to meet the demands of the position.

                                                        Additionally, must also possess a valid NYS driver’s license

BASIS OF EMPLOYMENT:     Part-time, 12 month position, probationary, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM, M-F  

RATE OF PAY:                           Per CSEA Agreement, Grade A

QUALIFICATIONS:                   Ability to acquire knowledge of routine cleaning operations, materials and equipment; ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions; thoroughness; punctuality; cleanliness; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
