JOB TITLE:     Principal, Pawling Elementary School

START DATE:     July 1, 2026

BASIS OF EMPLOYMENT:     Probationary, Tenure Track Position

RATE OF PAY:     As per the PAA Collective Bargaining Agreement

QUALIFICATIONS:     Extensive, highly successful elementary teaching experience; district or building leadership, at any level, as principal or assistant principal; possession of or eligible for New York State Licensure (SDL, SBA, SBL, SDA)

  • Response to Intervention, including creative problem-solving to provide social-emotional, behavioral, and academic growth using multi-tiered support systems
  • Parent and family engagement with and for all of the school’s communities
  • Effective elementary scheduling
